Before visiting the nearest branch: Prepare the documents in advance according to your company type. For any questions, contact the corporate team or visit the nearest branch.

  • An official company letter requesting to open the account, stating the company's activity, the full headquarters address, and contact details (telephone numbers and email).
  • Commercial register (valid) and its amendments.
  • Commercial license (valid).
  • Original chamber of commerce certificate (valid).
  • Statistical code (valid).
  • Minutes of the founding meeting (certified by a notary and the Ministry of Economy).
  • Articles of association (certified by a notary and the Ministry of Economy) and their amendments.
  • Memorandum of association (certified by a notary and the Ministry of Economy).
  • Industrial registry registration certificate (valid), for industrial companies.
  • Suppliers registry registration certificate (valid), for commercial import companies.
  • A special power of attorney to manage the account at Al Waha Bank, certified by a notary, if there is no clear provision in the memorandum of association or the board of directors meeting minutes.
  • National ID attestation and a copy of the passport for members of the board of directors (valid).
  • National ID attestation and a copy of the passport for the chief executive officer (valid).
  • National ID attestation and a copy of the passport, plus two personal photographs, for the company's authorized signatory.
  • Tax clearance certificate, valid and addressed to Al Waha Bank.
  • Social security clearance certificate, valid and addressed to Al Waha Bank.
  • Certificate of no financial obligation on the company from the previous bank.
